July 2010 Photo Challenge - Fabulous Foliage

And the winners are...

Sometimes it's hard to see the leaves, when such magnificent flowers and fruits get in the way. Buy when you do focus, it's worth it. The diversity and subtle beauty of leaves really make you look at plants in a whole new way. The photos in this challenge ran the gamut from fiddleheads to fatsia.

Since this is a Garden Photo Challenge, we try to put equal weight on both the quality of the photo and the love of gardening and plants that it conveys. I hope you agree. Check out all of July's photos in the Forum.
