August 2010 Garden Photo Challenge - Vegetables!

And the winners are...

The Vegetable Photo Challenge is one of my favorites because it is such a sense of accomplishment, to nurture a plant all the way from seed or seedling to the table. There's great enjoyment in roses, but does it ever really equal the first summer tomato?

This year's photos showed the pure joy of the gardeners, which is what this photo challenge is all about. Thank you all, for sharing your pictures. I only wish we could get together and share our veggies.
