If you submit photos for possible publication on the About.com and they contain identifiable people, you will need to obtain a Model Release from each person and email it me before publication.
Although laws regarding model releases vary from state to state and country to country, in general a model release should specify:
- Date
- Nature of the photographs
- Permissions Given
- Model’s Name and Signature
