All foxgloves are charming, but Digitalis 'Candy Mountain' is downright flamboyant, with it's upward facing flowers. 'Candy Mountain' is also a long bloomer, possibly providing color from June through August. The pink blossoms specked with white and black begin opening from the bottom of the flower stalk and work their way upward. Good for either sun or partial shade, the plants can reach a height of 4' tall. These would be nice to delight children with, as long as they are supervised and told not to eat them. (Biennial. USDA Zone 5.)
