What are Drupes ?
A fruit with one of more hard seeds or stones encased in a soft, fleshy outer covering. Ex. Cherries, apricots, viburnums.
Taking Softwood Cuttings
The new, pliable unripened shoots of woody plants. Generally softwood cuttings will root easier and faster than hard, ripened wood cuttings.
Training Plants into Standards
A tree or shrub that is trained to have one central leader or stem. And a rounded head of branches.
