Potted geraniums are not going to win an award for garden design. I point them out here to show, again, how taking advantage of an architectural feature like this stone wall, means you don't have to do anything elaborate to create a garden feature. The aged terra cotta pots and the sprinkling of evergreens and succulents break up the monotony of red geraniums and introduce new forms and textures. What was a gravel walk between the garage and the house is now a garden walk.
