Dianthus Supra Purple

All America Selections

Dianthus have long been garden favorites, being reliably hardy and providing early and repeat color. 'Supra Purple', a deep purply-pink, was one of the earliest Dianthus to bloom and yet showed better heat tolerance than we've come to expect from Dianthus.

'Supra Purple grows to about 12 inches tall in an upright habit. The plant will eventually spread to about 10 inches. The petals are highly fringed, making for a lacy appearance to the flowers.

You can expect Dianthus 'Supra Purple" to bloom about 10 - 12 weeks from sowing seed. 'Supra Purple will provide long color in the garden and also makes a wonderful cut flower.
