WillHeFish sent in several shots of his amazing vegetable garden, but this plate of his fresh harvest just spoke to us about how lovely it is to go out into your garden and pick dinner.
"Represented in the photo are the makings of part of tonight's colorful dinner. We plant both 'Bright Lights' and 'Neon Lights' chard, rhubarb 'Luchan', 'Pink Lipstick', and this year 'Santa Rosa' as well, which bolts at the first sign of heat, so we will not plant that again. We are also into heirloom carrots of the multicolored variety and yes I still am fortunate enough to have a few garlic scapes left. We just saute this in a pan with a little olive oil- beautiful, nutritious and tasty."
