August 2011 Garden Photo Challenge - Fruits & Vegetables!

The Fruit and Vegetable Photo Challenge is still one of my favorites. There is so much anticipation when you're growing food and so little room for mistake. How can photos of our triumphs be anything less than uplifting and heart warming?

The photos for this challenge sum up all the effort we put into our gardens and the pleasure they bring us, which is what this photo challenge is all about. I asked you to make me hungry and believe me, you did. Thank you all, for sharing your pictures. Someday we must figure out a way to meet for a pot luck.
