It's amazing how much time and effort is spent trying to find natural ways to eliminate unwanted plants. There's no reason to import predator pests from other countries when we could be the predators ourselves. For instance, did you consider that garlic mustard makes a delicious pesto (so I'm told)?

Landscaping Guide, David Beaulieu, points out a few more tasty treats in Harvest These Edible Plants and Give "Weed Eater" a Whole New Meaning. Before you turn up your nose, remember that all vegetables started out as wild plants. And just look at what the French have done with the under appreciated dandelion.
