Now that I've made a list of seeds to order, I've been trying to lay out my vegetable garden. I don't have a lot of space for crop rotation, so my first consideration is for vegetables prone to soil borne diseases - like tomatoes, cole crops and pretty much everything else I grow. Which got me thinking about what soil borne diseases are and what we can do about them, other than moving the garden every couple of years.
It seems some soil borne diseases are unavoidable, depending on where you garden. They live in the soil and they're not going away. Here's what else I found out.
