Should That be on My Houseplant?

There's no denying winter has set in and intends to stick around for awhile. Many of us are hunkered down under our grow lights, hoping we aren't deluding ourselves by ordering seeds so early. It might be overly optimistic for some of us to be thinking about starting seeds, but it is a good time for all of us to inspect our houseplants. Between dry air, low light and short days, a lot of houseplants are feeling a bit stressed. And stress is an invitation for insects to move in. It's time to show your indoor plants some love.

First, give them a good drink of water and maybe a nice misting. Then look closely at the leaves and stems, top and underside. Indoor plant pests multiply quickly. If you do find a problem, don't panic. Here's some indoor plant advice.
