I've been looking over my gardening resolutions from years past. Things like only plant 6 tomato plants and mulching before the weeds take over. If only. I think my only resolution this year will be to spend as much time as I can in my garden, whether it's working or sitting and reading a book. I'm sure I'm not alone in having to remind myself to enjoy my garden and not just think of it as an endless list of chores. So my one resolution and my one wish for you all is to get more enjoyment from what I've created. The weeds will still be there when I have time to get to them.

Very similar resolution — don’t get upset about what I can’t get to. Allow myself to fill gardens with pachysandra rather than a variety of plants. But I will conquer that grass in one of my raised gardens!
Conquer that grass! We can ease up on perfection, but we still need goals.
