I've admitted to being a bit of a slacker when it comes to keeping up to date on my garden notes. Earlier this year I talked about creating a garden journal with plastic photo sleeves. Well gardener Teresa Morrogh has devised an even better idea and she sent me a sample of her GardenScribe Garden Organizer to test drive. The GardenScribe also uses photo sleeves, but each sheet has a list of pertinent info that you can check off or answer in a couple of words. I really like the simplicity of the organization and how easy it is to find a plant when you need to look it up. I'm not saying the GardenScribe does the work for you, but it sure is easier to check off boxes than to jot down a lot of repetitive information. If you're looking for a last minute gift or winter project, or if you simply promised yourself you would really, really get organized this year, check out my review.
