In my neck of the gardening world, sweet corn season is coming to a close. It wasn't a great year for the corn growers, but I did my part and ate as much as I could. We have very good corn in my area, so I rarely grow my own. I'm spoiled.
I know the best way to eat fresh corn is on the cob, but corn pairs so well with other seasonal vegetables that I thought I'd share some of these combo recipes. Savor them now, corn season is fleeting.
