It's almost Sneak Some Zucchini on to Your Neighbor's Porch Day. In case they catch you in the act and ask "What am I supposed to do with all these?", I'll help you be prepared with an answer. As you see, zucchini is the perfect foil for all of summer's herbs, like basil, mint and dill, not to mention the magic that happens when you add a little lemon. Your neighbors may not even get any this year.

Decidedly savory, with tomatoes, cheese and a Bisquick crust. - Zucchini Bites
One bowl, makes its own crust, great finger food or side dish. - Zucchini Carpaccio
"Cooked" in lemon juice and olive oil, then topped with herbs and goat cheese. Beats the heat. - Zucchini Mint Pesto
