Rent a Christmas Tree

I'm in full holiday mode. The scent from my Christmas tree blends beautifully with the aromas coming from my oven.

Did you know you could rent a live Christmas tree? It's too late for me this year, but what an interesting idea. Nurseries will delivery a potted tree to your house and pick it up after the holidays. The price will vary by size, type of tree and location, but most aren't much different from buying a cut tree. Some places even let you "adopt" a tree. You get the same tree year after year. I'm making a note of this for next year. Do a search on "rent a Christmas tree" to find a nursery near you. Now if only I could rent Christmas cookies.
