It's just about time to start some end of summer vegetables for a fall harvest. The problem I'm having is that no one told my summer vegetables to save space in the garden. Not to worry, I can always find some sort of container to grow things in. Our Container Gardening Guide, Kerry Michaels, grew lettuce in a shopping bag. Why not? Kerry also shares some tips for growing peas in containers. Maybe that will prevent the rabbits from mowing them down.

Marie, thank you for sharing Kerrys tips about peas in a container. Although mine started to grow up our posts, the rabbits took control. I will try this maybe up higher on a table.
