From the Garden - Drying Your Flowers

Some gardeners find it very hard to cut flowers from their garden. But if you have prolific blooms, you might consider drying some flowers to enjoy when your current garden is a memory. Look for flowers with a low water content, like statice, yarrow and larkspur. Then choose blossoms that are not quite fully open and follow the simple Tips for Harvesting, Drying and Storing Flowers. The strawflowers here practically dry themselves.
