Gardening Question of the Week: Can You Grow Tomatoes Indoor During the Winter?

Thursday November 22, 2007
Erin, on the About Gardening Forum asked about tips for growing tomatoes indoors. Many of us start our tomato plants indoors, but Erin wants to try growing them throughout the winter. We touched briefly on the fact that there are no pollinators inside, so you need to shake the plants periodically to encourage the pollen to drop from flower to flower. Does anyone else have any tips for Erin? Here are my Top Tomato Growing Tips.
