Well maybe not control, but this nifty tool makes it easier to predict what’s going to happen to your plants, when. I know weather predicting is one of those occupations, like professional sports, that pay regardless of your success rate. But you could have an edge here. The Midwestern Regional Climate Center is providing a free, online program where users can create calenders to tell them things like: average temperatures, heating and cooling degree days and precipitation. And it’s easy to use! About’s Guide to Weather, Rachelle Oblack, says it takes under 5 minutes to Make a Monthly Climate Data Calendar.
