Late Winter / Early Spring is the Perfect Time to Prune Trees

Whether you want to rejuvenate, encourage fruiting or just keep them at a manageable size, the best time to prune trees is while they are dormant. The windy weather has done a good amount of pruning for me this winter. But About's Landscaping Guide recommends some better pruning tools in Top 3 for Tree Trimming Equipment Since we can't all count on the wind, it makes sense to check what David recommends.
