"Living Walls" as Privacy Fences

Evergreens are centerstage at this time of year, but they more than carry their weight throughout the 4 seasons. Not the least of their talents is providing attractive "Living Walls", as About's Landscaping Guide points out. They're relatively inexpensive fences, offer seasonal interest, attract birds and often don't require zoning approval.
