First Peek at the New Annual Flowering Plants

Wednesday July 27, 2005
Remember when your choice at the nursery was between petunias, geraniums and marigolds? Our yards may have all looked the same, but the choice of annual plants for color was pretty easy back then. Now there are diascia, bacopa, alternanthera and dozens of other hard to pronounce flowers on display. They're beautiful, but how do you know which ones to choose?

These qualities can include growth habit, adaptability, color, scent, and overall performance. Here are the best of the best for the 2006 season.
