A Good Book for the Start of Sitting Season. (And I'm not hyping Harry.)
Monday July 18, 2005
We're moving into the dog days of summer, or as I like to refer to them - The Sitting Season. When it's too hot for even the weeds to grow, it's time to sit back with a good book. While I'm as big a Harry Potter fan as the next overgrown kid, I also find guilty pleasure in reading about gardening, while chilling under the fan in my gazebo. Landscaping's David Beaulieu has an excellent reading list of Gardening and Landscaping Books. Sometimes it helps to lift your head up out of the garden, take an honest look around and then read up on some advice to make things even better.
