Fragrance stills ranks high on the list of virtues we look for in a rose. After all, nothing else smells like a rose. The rosarians at the All-America Rose Selections have been awarding outstanding roses for decades and they've selected 10 varieties that are not just outstanding rose plants, but also delight with their exceptional scent.
